Donation Request Information

The Houston Energy is committed to serving local non-profit organizations in the area by helping them raise the funds by providing auction items for charity events. The Houston Energy donation request policy is as follows:

Requests must be received in writing on official letterhead at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

Requests must include the name of the organization, name of a contact person, nature of the event, date of the event, and the address the donation should be mailed.
