Carol excelled as a multi-sport athlete in high school, winning a state championship in field hockey and earning state MVP honors. She was also named KHOU’s “Athlete of the Week.”

At Texas A&M, she competed in co-ed, open, and women’s flag football at the national level, adding multiple championships to her name.

Now a full-time graduate student pursuing a chiropractic degree, Carol also coaches high school girls’ sports. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Grant.

She was named 2nd Team All-American in 2024.
