Jay Boudreaux is a veteran defensive end for the Houston Energy, competing for 13 seasons and earning 2nd Team All-American honors in 2022. A Houston native, she graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Communications and Public Relations.

Off the field, Jay is a Mortgage Loan Officer, applying the same discipline to finance as she does to football. She is also a longtime collector of baseball memorabilia and a published poet since middle school.

A dedicated athlete and professional, Jay continues to make an impact both in sports and in her career.
