Suzie Garrett, a native of Waukegan, IL, is a mother of four, a CDL trainer, and a certified personal trainer. She holds degrees in criminal justice and medical billing and coding.

A lifelong athlete, Suzie excelled in volleyball, basketball, and track throughout school before playing semi-pro basketball. She transitioned to football, spending three years in flag football—winning championships each season—before playing a year in lingerie football. For the past nine years, she has been a key player for the Houston Energy.

Off the field, Suzie enjoys working out, dancing, reading, bowling, and karaoke. She is also deeply committed to community service, actively supporting the homeless through the I Am Legacy Foundation.

She was named 1st Team All-American in 2021 and 2024 for her performance as a fullback.
