Victoria Hogan is originally from Chicago and is a graduate of Berea College. She played collegiate basketball before transitioning to flag football. She went on to play arena football with the Chicago Bliss in the Legends Football League and now plays for the Houston Energy.
Known as “Phoenix” to her teammates, her name inspires the resilience and perseverance she brings to every game.
